We do however have a passion for quality performance and care about what we deliver to our clients.
We're making continuous progress and improvement in defining and optimising all of the processes by which we produce a quality product. Our ISO 9001 certification is evidence of this, but it’s more than a certificate, it a means by which we can evaluate opportunities for process improvement.

No Quality Control … A Quality Culture
Our team responsible for quality delivery do not perform quality control. They create processes and systems that allow all of us to deliver and check for quality.
We believe that “back-door” quality control abrogates responsibility for ensuring the delivery of quality from the people who produce. Everyone at Springfield Solutions is responsible for their bit of the quality chain, and we’ve introduced checking procedures that call upon colleagues to support and reinforce the checks of producing operatives. For us quality is a culture, and not a department.
