Hull (United Kingdom) / Hamburg (Germany), 22nd June 2023 – All4Labels Global Packaging Group, incorporating All4Graphics, a leading international manufacturer of packaging solutions, as well as a pioneer in digital printing, is continuing its global growth strategy through its acquisition of Springfield Solutions, a leader in the supply of digital packaging assets to some of the world’s leading brands in the United Kingdom.

The company will become a subsidiary of the All4Labels Group. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

With this transaction, All4Labels continues its strategy of building a leading business unit in the United Kingdom, which started with the acquisition of Olympus Print Group (All4Labels UK Leeds Ltd.) as its first UK subsidiary in Leeds over a year ago.

The Springfield Solutions owners and management team will continue to manage the business and, thanks to their many years of experience and market knowledge, will contribute to the accelerated growth of All4Labels in the United Kingdom.
