Recently, we got together to celebrate our ‘25 Year Club’! 

Towards the close of 2022, we took a closer look at the length of service of our staff. This is something we are very proud of, and we recognise it’s rather unique to be able to say that over 56% of our staff have been with us for over 10 years! 

Upon discovering the percentages of the length of service of our staff shown above, we thought it was only right to commemorate the commitment of our longest-serving members of staff. 

We now have a space in the reception area at Springfield HQ dedicated to our ‘25 Year Club’, with photographs of those who have worked at Springfield for over 25 years.  

This includes Jane Stephenson, John Stephenson, Sharon Taylor, Angie Stephenson, Robin McCoid, Leigh Saunders, Dawn Holmes, Kristina Dass, Julie Fields, Neil Holmes, Neil Percy, Ian Horne and Simon Houston. 

A huge thank you to our team members both past and present for your dedication – let’s hope we can continue this long journey together and welcome more members of the team into the 25 Year Club!
