Springfield Solutions has appointed Jane Stephenson to the role of Business Development Assistant as the first step in creating an elite team to deliver future growth.

The digital print, brand management and media specialist is assembling the new team after its £1.3m #PrintWorks expansion revolutionised the company’s digital print and brand management services.

Jane is Springfield’s longest serving employee, having worked in a diverse range of roles from design to finance, and has a wealth of experience in design, account management, reprographics and print.

She is the first person to be appointed to the new team, with others set to follow soon.

It will be led by long-term business development manager John Grant, who has played an important role in the success of Springfield Solutions in recent years and will now move into the position of Head of Sales & Business Development.

Joint managing director, Matt Dass, said: “We’re creating our new Business Development Team because we’re ambitious and are really looking to drive the business forward.

“We invested £1.3m in our #PrintWorks expansion and that has boosted our digital printing offering significantly.

“However, the team won’t just be looking to grow our print client-base. We’re keen to demonstrate the advantages that our dedicated Brand Management services can offer, particularly to companies with a global reach.

“Jane and her colleagues will be concentrating their efforts on growing all aspects of the business.”

Jane will be responsible for organising the company’s CRM system, putting marketing campaigns together, networking, and opening up new leads.

She said she was excited by a new challenge.

“I have worked in the business across a number of roles and this appointment is giving me the opportunity to spread my wings even wider,” she said.

“Business development is fast paced and really interesting – I’m really enjoying getting stuck in.”
