In this episode, Join Managing Director Matt Dass is joined by Customer Service Team Leader for the Brand Management Department, Kristy Nilsson and Production Manager for Brand Management, Neil Percy. Matt, Kristy and Neil discuss how the Brand Management team have had to rapidly adapt to the COVID-19 crisis and how this has resulted in customers being very happy with the continued excellent service we provide.

The Sapphire Sessions will give you an insight into how our organisation operates and how we overcome challenges using our positive ‘can do’ attitude. As we celebrate our 45th birthday this year (our ‘Sapphire’ Anniversary) we are continually reflecting on how innovation has led us forward.

Today’s COVID-19 crisis has given many businesses challenges beyond any that has been known in our lifetime, adapting and innovating during this time is even more vital. While the virus has proved to be devastating and tragic for many, we’d like to focus on the positives that have come from this situation and give you an insight into how we are battling through the challenges to ensure our customers are continually satisfied with our products and service.
