It would be fair to say that we have made our fair share of mistakes in the acquisition and internal development of technology to support our business. Perhaps we made even more errors in the naive ways in which we have deployed technologies with some of our clients.

We have taken the opportunities to learn from our mistakes and have focused on an array of “enablers” that support what we want to do … and not distract us.
