Springfield Solutions Ltd based in Thomas Street, Hull is today delighted to announce a new management structure. 

The re-structure is heavily focussed on maintaining the continuity that has seen strong performances across all business divisions in recent years. Current Chairman Albert Dass will continue in his existing role as will incumbent Vice Chairman/Financial Director Steve Forster.  

Additionally, two new appointments from within the existing board are also announced as part of the re-structure; Dennis Ebeltoft and Matt Dass will become Joint Managing Directors in the business. Dennis will also continue in his current role as Operations Director and Matt will adopt the new role of Technical & Innovation Director.  

Additionally Matt Dass will continue to have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations as Managing Director of sister company Eon Visual Media.  

All members of the board continue to be heavily focused on maintaining the key customer relationships and developing the exciting new products and services which have resulted in the significant growth seen in the business over the last few years. The restructure will ensure the client business continuity whilst allowing additional growth opportunities to be fully developed.  

The new management structure takes effect as of May 27th 2014.
