We work with beauty and personal care brand Sabel Cosmetics to design and print labels and cartons for their various product ranges and brands they manufacture products for. 

Sabel were looking for a packaging supplier with a breadth of experience supplying to their market who could provide a flexible packaging solution.  

Who is Sabel Cosmetics? 

Sabel Cosmetics is a contract manufacturer of hair, personal care and skincare products. 

Their services include part or full-service support from contract manufacture, fill and pack, to full product development, including the formulating and sourcing packaging. 

The business can manufacture liquids, creams and powders, hot or cold fill in a range of packaging containers across multiple sizes, including bottles, plastic or aluminium tubes and glass or plastic jars. 

Working With Springfield 

Sabel Cosmetics have been successfully working with Springfield for over 12 months to design and print labels for their own product ranges, including their GHC CBD collection as well as for their customers products.  

Digital Print 

We print both labels and cartons for Sabel Cosmetics. This currently includes 20 label sorts and 4 cartons across the company’s own brands and customer brands. 

Sabel Cosmetics first got in touch with us at Springfield Solutions as they were interested in the flexibility offered by Digital Print. Specifically, the fact that being a 100% digital printer allows us to print and fulfil label orders in varying run sizes due to having zero MOQs. 

This is important to Sabel Cosmetics, as the business often receives enquiries from start-up companies/individuals who need smaller production runs.   

Another reason why they came to Springfield Solutions for their packaging is to seek expertise from professionals in the industry. With over 45 years of experience in providing innovative packaging solutions, this made us a great fit.  

This was a big need for Sabel, as the team did not have in-depth knowledge of packaging or artworks. Therefore, they had to rely on an experienced supplier for guidance when it came to their packaging for both print and design. 

Packaging Design 

Our Studio Team were asked by Sabel to create a selection of 15 artworks for their CBD range based on their own design concepts.  

Our team created several design options for their CBD Products which included labels for their CBD Shampoo, CBD Conditioner, CBD Face Wash, CBD Body Wash, CBD Hair Serum, CBD Lip Balms and cartons for their CBD Hair Serum & Food Supplements.  

This involved outputting a GMG for their team to review. The Sabel team then came on-site to review the designs alongside our team and after selecting their preferred choice, some amendments were highlighted. 

Following amendments, another GMG was produced of the final concept. This was then approved by the team and rolled out across their GHC CBD product labels and cartons.
