Following a 26 per cent increase in our Print business in 2013 and on going growth and investment in the print department we're now looking for a suitably qualified customer services representative to join our busy team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills at all levels and have the ability to work well as part of a team. The candidate will have a good knowledge of digital print, finishing processes, substrates, adhesives and a basic understanding of reprographics. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularily Excel is also required.
An understanding of the CERM Management Information System (MIS) would also be beneficial.
