Here at Springfield, we are passionate about making changes to benefit the environment and offset our impact. We have taken progressive steps to reduce our energy consumption whilst lowering the carbon emissions in our local community.

As a business, we have invested in LED lights and Solar PV. These investments allow us to make a difference to the environment and this is just the start of our journey to become more sustainable.

To help us invest in these energy saving measures, we have received support from Smart Energy Greater Lincolnshire. Through this support, we received a grant of £11,432.74. Enabling us to make these fantastic changes to our business and office spaces.

The £8.5 million Smart Energy program has been part-funded by the European Regional Development fund. This makes it possible for small to medium businesses across the Greater Lincolnshire area to invest in energy saving technology and make the switch to a more sustainable future.
