Today we are extremely excited to announce the launch of our new packaging mock-up division, mock>it.
Mock>it enables our clients to prototype totally new and innovative packaging types for market research, R&D (Research & Development), shelf displays or sales samples.
The new division complements our leading digital printing and brand management divisions, meaning we can provide a 360 degree packaging solution from initial concepts through development, market research, production and post-production management of the client’s brand.
As part of the service offering, our IOM3-accredited packaging and supply chain team will also work with our clients to carry out a packaging and process evaluation to reduce supply chain costs.
Matt Dass, joint managing director of Springfield Solutions, said: “Mock>it is about helping our clients add value to their product through packaging.
“When developing new packaging, whether that is an improvement on an existing type or creating a totally new solution from scratch, companies need small production runs of their design concepts to use in market research and put in front of focus groups. It is this that informs the bigger decision about how packaging should look and function.
“Mock>it enables our clients to experiment with their packaging and with our help, find the best solution for each of their products.”
