We're back with another episode of Sapphire Sessions! In episode 4, we decided to catch up with a few members of our Business Development team. Steve May (Business Development Manager, Michael Preston (Business Development Manager), Farouk Forster (Digital Marketing) joined John grant (Head of Sales & Business Development) to discuss how the Business Development team have adapted throughout 2020.
Normally our sales team will be out on the road, meeting existing and new clients. However, due to COVID-19, that has obviously been temporarily halted. Our team have been adapting nonetheless and still found ways to provide tremendous value to our current customers alongside demonstrating this value to new customers.
The Sapphire Sessions will give you an insight into how our organisation operates and how we overcome challenges using our positive 'can do' attitude. As we celebrate our 45th birthday this year (our ‘Sapphire’ Anniversary), we are continually reflecting on how innovation has led us forward.
Today's COVID-19 crisis has given many businesses challenges beyond any that has been known in our lifetime; adapting and innovating during this time is even more vital.
