We're Hiring!

Due to an increased demand for our Brand Management services and in-line with our strategy for growth in new and existing market sectors, we have a position available to join our Brand Management Customer Service team. This available role is an Artwork Project Leader (APL).

We are looking for a talented individual with proven customer service skills who has a thorough understanding of the packaging artworks process for global FMCG brands.

Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will be to translate enquiries/orders from customers into internal systems. This involves providing data and documentation to facilitate the production and delivery of goods to customer specifications as well as maintaining the customer relationship by direct contact with the Customers Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Sound knowledge of all Artwork, Reprographic and print processes including reprographic components i.e., PDFs, plates, proofs/GMG’s
  • Skills in software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Web Center, and any client based systems as required ie. Brandworks)
  • The ability to be able to work well as part of a team

The ideal candidate will also:

  • Be able to access and use our computer network appropriately
  • Be able to carry out basic administration and filing duties
  • Understand and work to ISO Quality procedures and standards
  • Have the right to work in the U.K.

The responsibilities and tasks of the role include:

  • Ensuring best-possible relationships are fostered with relevant client contacts for allocated accounts at all times and an up-to-date awareness is achieved of ongoing work at all times
  • Ensuring reprographic briefs are produced to the required quality and delivered within the required timescales to the Brand Management Operations Team.
  • Ensuring supply of product to client on time
  • Ensuring customer/printer specifications are followed
  • Liaison with the Brand Management Operations team, Studio, Sales team, and customers on the development of graphic materials for Springfield Solutions
  • Ensuring internal and external IT systems are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaising and discussing with client contacts as required on or off site or by email/Telephone
  • General housekeeping duties carried out within the team as required
  • General basic administrative support as required
  • The carrying out of any other duties which the Company may consider as falling within the general scope of your role as Brand Management Customer Service APL
  • Regular meetings on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
