We’re Hiring! Labourer

Due to our ongoing growth, the increase in demand for our digital print solutions and our future plans, we are looking for a Labourer to join our busy team.

The Role

Working under the direction of the Enabling Services Manager you will be required to: –

• Ensure good hygiene levels are maintained in defined factory areas within a food packaging environment.
• Keep external areas tidy in the close vicinity of the company.
• Transport goods and waste internally and externally between Company areas.
• Assist with various manual tasks from time to time as required by the operational needs of the business for which training will be given if required.
• Work safely at all times in compliance with Health and Safety rules within a structured ISO Quality, Environmental and Food Packaging certificated systems.

The Person

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Possess basic communication skills.
• Have a good level of physical fitness as well as the ability to lift heavy loads with the aid of Manual Handling equipment.
• A forklift licence is desirable as is a full driving license.
• The right to work in the U.K
• Please note that this role may include shift working.
